Trying to Get Back on Track

I have been really busy at work and find myself falling back to my old habit. Generally, I tend to get so absorbed in work that I neglect other areas of my life. The first to go is always fitness and I spend many hours sitting. However, I have finished my all so important work project and decided I wasn't going to let myself go and fall into a long period of inactivity. I was back on my bowflex today and did a 20 minute workout. I have stuck to my diet (mostly) so, hopefully, the next couple of weeks will show some results...fingers crossed.
