Sharp Point of Intention

Maintaining the sharp point of intention amidst all that goes on in a typical day, not to mention an extraordinary day, takes energy.
In yoga, the principle that first comes the energy, than the motion or manifestation, is all about intention.
One thing I figured out three years ago, was I need to break my fast every morning. I know, I know, all those diet tips about "you must eat breakfast." I literally get up every morning, trudge into the kitchen and pour myself 6 oz of carrot-orange juice and eat 1/3 cup cottage cheese. First thing, before showers, newspapers, or dressing for work. I think this helps stabilize my blood sugar for the day. Then I eat a heartier breakfast within the next couple hours.
