This blog is not really done for anyone but me, however feel free to help me keep track of my progress if you like. I finally got out the 220's for good and the scale is heading in the right direction for once!! There are many, many things that I need to improve and/or do differently to continue my success but I'll take my successes and be glad of them. Baby steps I continually tell myself...............
