Keeping Track of My Goals and Rewards

This blog is not really done for anyone but me, however feel free to help me keep track of my progress if you like. I finally got out the 220's for good and the scale is heading in the right direction for once!! There are many, many things that I need to improve and/or do differently to continue my success but I'll take my successes and be glad of them. Baby steps I continually tell myself...............

I simply needed a way to keep track of my weight loss goals so I decided to use this blog entry to help me keep track of my goals and rewards.
