I guess I was overdue. lol
Now bear in mind that I am keeping my doctor NSV and my clothing NSV firmly in mind.
Last week I gained .2 but wasn't that upset as I had salty things at my nephew's birthday party. This past week I believe I kept things under control, did my exercise, drank the water, etc. Even the times I indulged in Doritos, I tracked (at least on the Weight Watchers etools... I haven't been so good with tracking on SP.)
I gained another .2 this week.
Realistically, I know this *really* isn't that big a deal.. .4 is less than a half a lb. But I wasn't expecting it this week... so I got really, REALLY ticked off. And I'm not proud to admit it, but I threw a big ol' hissy-fit/temper tantrum.
BUT.... I'm not giving up. That never entered my head. The tantrum is over and now I'm trying to think of what I can do this week to shake things up so next Tuesday shows a loss at the scales.
