Got up and ate breakfast.... took all my vitamins. Did some running around, then made it to the gym. Got 45 minutes in on the treadmill at .5 incline. Did 2.25 miles, with my shape-ups on. Right now I have 5773 steps for today and it is just noon. We came home and I ate a bowl of beef/barley vegetable soup(homemade), a pear and 13 almonds. I have done all my spark points for today. Then I need to get laundry done. Some general cleaning is lurking waiting to be done. For dinner I am going to be making homemade pizza. Mine will have red onions, mushrooms & spinach, light sauce and even lighter cheese. Tonight I hope to get some yoga in before biggest loser comes on. Because once that happens I will be done for the night!
