Ah, living in the Land of OZ- are you lost yet? With everyone chiming in with a NEW better, healthier, happier, way to be- thinner, look younger, live longer? Its coming at us from the Winds of media, radio, TV, Blogs, etc. The list goes on and on. . .
My favorite is to just preserver! I take each with a grain of salt (careful of Sodium In-take!) Cut out the sappy, too sweet (careful of Sugar In-take!) Cut out the over-blown (careful of Fat-Intake!) Fill it in with some data research (real Fiber!) And in the end cut it all down to reality-check (careful of Portion size!) And find whats livable each and every way, for my life.
Now if I can only manage moderation in exercise? I've over done again trying to get out into this Spring type weather with the Hound Pack. Six miles in 2 days has thrown the right shoulder, arm, and that silly wrist into a tizzy! And I'm paying for it in last 48 hrs of pain, numbness (funny not Ha, Ha- having both!) and sleepless nights. So back onto the path and looking for that Yellow Brick Road to OZ.
