This may be a little controversial but I have to write about it. I have been struggling with my weight, with fatigue, with chronic miserable sinuses for about as long as I can remember. I have dieted, given up and dieted again more times than I can count. I have made some attempts before at low carb but gave up soon after starting thinking I just couldn't live without certain foods (mostly sugar there I said it) Anyway, I started Atkins after reading New Atkins for a New You, two and a half weeks ago. Since starting it is amazing how different I feel. The cravings are gone. The sinus headaches, mostly gone. My energy is through the roof. I feel so much better. I really believe that what I was putting in my body, between sugars and wheat and who knows what else, were making me ill. Sometimes we look for answers for a long time when the simple solution is right there all the time. I am exercising now...I am happier than I have been in a long time...not feeling so dragged down...and to top it off I lost seven pounds in two weeks. Thank you Dr Atkins and the people who have continued his work. You have given me my life back!

Great job! I am so happy to hear that Dr. Aktins program is working for you as well. It is changing my life- - no more afternoon headaches (that a soda or candy bar would fix), and I am not cranky all the time.

I like the quote from the Eagles song, Already Gone: "So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains and we never even know we have the key"--it takes some searching, but there's a key out there for each one of us. Seems you may have found yours; hang onto it! emoticon
