    I just got the Bodymedia fit too and I'm finding it very helpful. One night it said I slept 8 hours, but I looked at it and it wasn't solid sleep, and I was tired. Another time I got 7 hours, but it was all solid and I felt great!

    I'd be interested in how you are seeing it work in other areas as well!
