Another rough day. Worked a double, which means more hours awake, which means hungrier. i also had an energy drink....pure sugar....glad i don't do that everyday!!! so time to forgive and start again.

My goals from Monday:

Beautiful-the stars and moon in the sky (both this morning and tonight)

DYN: i learned i am too old for this!!! lol

Laugh: accidentally scared one of my drivers as he was leaving work...i swear, all i said was good bye...lol.

Blessings-i got a half hour nap
