Today is my first day. Let's see what happens in May.
I started this journey in 2007, 6 yrs ago and today Feb. 21, 2013 I am right back where I started. The good new is I haven't gain. I am at the same weight of six years ago. I've tried weight watcher, fasting plus counting calories.
Today, at 5ft.4in, I still weight too much. I walk two/three times per week watch what I eat, play tennis twice per week. Why can't I lose this d. weight?
