Okay today is St. Valentine's Day and well I do not get gifts I give them instead. ^_~ I buy my own chocolate when it is 50 and 75% off ^_~
Anywho, my only biggest challenge will Friday on my bday. I am not sure if dh has anything planned that night or the weekend. I think it is the Daytona 500 or whatever it is called these days is this weekend. I have my stock of ultra beer 95cal and 2.5 carbs...woohoo 3 is my limit ^_~
My goals for the week....S&t, yoga, and pilates. Slow down on the elliptical for med. reasons (nothing big, but my hamstring is still sore and I grip the handles too hard and my tendintous (sp) is acting up.)
I have bottle water in the house (my frige filter is need replacement and my water is starting to taste funny) I have no reason not to get my 8glasses in this week. I never imagined buying bottle water for the house would bother me. I only buy it in 20oz when we are on the run more than usual.
I will track I have gotten really really lazy. Okay I will not rack the two brownies I enjoyed with my espresso. YES, I found a secret secret stash of espresso beans in the back of my pantry. I am staying away from all milk products this week for gas reasons. TMI, but I have been really painfully gassy and all that is left is milk products. I will not take out yogurt because I read yogurt is good of just issues. Wish me luck please because I love 1/2n1/2 in my coffee. (when I have coffee in the house)
Off to take care of my ds and make lunch for dd2 who is singing for her lunch...LOL
For lunch to day will be a smoothie since I am not too hungry and some kind of carb...may be preztel crips with hummus....that sounds good right?
