Working towards a comeback

Well, It has been a rough past year or more for me. I started feeling weak, nauseous and tired most of the time. After many, many doctor visits I still have no idea what is causing it and am not improving. My last visit the doctor told me to seek acupuncture or try a gluten-free diet. I did go gluten-free for awhile with no improvement. I cannot afford acupuncture. So.....I am up 8 lbs. I am still in a healthy BMI, but finding it hard to maintain. I try to work out, but it's very hard, feeling like I do. Sometimes, I think that when I do exercise, after a few days I feel worse. My legs actually start to ache.
Now that I have that off my chest, if I could keep my eating under control, that would help too. I have picked up my old snacking habits. Other than the snacking for the most part I am still eating healthy. I am going to start tracking my calories on here everyday again. I know that helps me have more will power to avoid the snacking. So, this is it. I need to get back on track. I don't want that 8lb. gain to turn into 10, 15, 20....
