This is how excited I am about twohundredsitups.com I actually had a dream that I had these killer abs! haha! And in my dream I was looking in the mirror and saying, "wow this is amazing! I've only been doing the work out for 1 week!"
I WANT THOSE ABS IN REAL LIFE!!! They weren't the 6 pack abs, but they had a very pretty definition on the sides... WANT.
This week I am supposed to progress to Week 2, but if you watched my last Vlog you know that I had a whooolleee lot of trouble on Week1 Day 3, so my new plan is to repeat not the whole week one, but only Week1 Day 3 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! The reps are 12-15-11-11-max(at least 15).
I hope that I can actually finish it today, I had so much trouble Friday! I've had a couple of days of rest and my muscles aren't sore at all, so I hope upon hope that I can do it! It feels so good to get stronger!
I haven't lost much weight, but my inches around the belly button are hovering between 35.5 and 35.25 inches which is exciting because at my lowest weight (126.6) my tummy measurement was 35 inches. That's 6 pounds lighter than I am right now! And even at my lowest weight I was still upset that my tummy wasn't shrinking enough and still looked like a spare tire! So this is a great great achievement.
Every one of you that reads this should start twohundredsitups.com especially if you're poor like me and can't afford a gym membership, or have no time like me to go to a gym (if you could afford it) and live where there is still snow and can't get in the exercise outdoors. This is a 6 week program that is perfect to carry us over until we can start doing outdoor workouts again. At least, that's my plan!
