My trainer...

So my personal trainer seems to think that I'm not eating enough or I'm not eating the right things. He has suggested that I cut fruit for a while to see if I lose because it has a lot of sugar and then he recommended that I increase my intake of carbs from grains. I've never heard such advice being given, but I guess I have nothing to lose (except the weight!). I used to do low carb but I wasn't getting enough energy from my food to finish my workouts so I added fruit. I suppose I could be a little insulin resistant so I'll make the swap.

Also, he mentioned that I should try eating closer to 2000 calories since I'm pretty active these days. This also terrifies me. So I'm gonna test it out this week and see what kind of results I get...

    Hey! Keep posting on how these changes work for you. I've been thinking for a while that I eat to much fruit. Its hard to cut back since this time of year frozen fruit tastes better than frozen veggies. We don't get much fresh stuff in the winter or spring in the ever rain state. I'm interested in what goes on. I might just try this myself since a professional agrees with me!
