Time to get serious

The winter challenge means a lot to me as I plan to become very serious about getting healthy. I have challenges with mobility but can do upper body exercises. I plan to combine the WW's diet along with more of the Mediterranean diet. I have a new found love for parsnips and beets in my homemade soups and stews.

I hope I got this correct as it is my first attempt at writing a blog. emoticon

    You did wonderfully on your blog! It sounds like you have a great plan using WW along with Mediterranean plan. If you log in on the nutrition tracker, it will help keep your food balanced and within range. The exercise tracker will give you ideas for strength training that you can do sitting down even. In fact, Spark people has tapes that you can search for that have exercise to do while sitting down. emoticon
