Today was a wonderful day. DH and I relaxed at home, did a 45 minute walk, went to the library, and it is the first day of no sugar no flour for me. I check out Dr. Gott's cookbook from the library. I know it's psychological, but I feel more energetic already. I have to thank Lisa for posting about her success with no sugar no flour as it made me think about making a change. I made a great turkey, barley and veggie soup for dinner.
Tomorrow I have my fasting bloodwork done and see the doc. Hoping for good results! I'm pretty fortunate that the only pill I take daily is my multivitamin.
