Holy Hannah!!! I'm down 15 lbs. YAY!!
That is half way to the 30 lbs. that I want to lose. It is just a baby step however in this new lifestyle change :)
I'm on the treadmill twice a day, I actually now own dumbells in different weights and I'm usin' em!! I'm eating good, nutritious food and I don't feel even a little bit restricted. Last night we celebrated valentines day early and I enjoyed my salmon and my red wine. It's all about moderation. It really IS true that just a few changes can give big results.
This has been a gift to myself to start my 49th year, by the time I'm 50 I'll be the weight I want to be and I'll be healthier than I have been in years....
