Yeah, I gotta do it. Weight is now 119. Gotta keep it honest. But the good news is, I get to look forward to moving it DOWN.
Hubby and I started out our day yesterday morning with a great 9 a.m. workout - spin class. I hadn't done the bike class in a while and kind of forgot what an amazing and fun workout it is. If I get on the stationary bike in the gym with the rest of the machines, I hardly break a sweat because I don't push myself enough. But in the class, something about the energy in there, the instructor motivating you to keep going, and watching everyone else just pedal like h*ll makes me work that much harder.
Today is a day off from exercise. Sundays we are usually busy doing all kinds of errands, plus the kids club at the gym is closed, so usually I skip the gym. Might do a Jillian DVD later on this morning if I get my house cleaned in time before my folks show up for a visit. Well, at least I can try to turn the cleaning into a workout.
