So lately Ive been talking about watching my calories for the past few weeks and the scale not moving even a tad. Well this morning I woke up and did my necessary house chores (just what we love to do on the weekends) and decided I would bring out the wii fit and have a play.
I figured this would be an awesome way to get my fitness rolling since I have admitted that exercise so far really hasn't existed.
I reset my profile and rentered my info again and started to have a play with some of the games...yoga..strength, balance a little bit of everything. ...ended up doing this for an hour. Sweet that was fun.
While I was playing cheering my self on hubby went out to the store, when he came back I was down folding laundry so I didn't see what he brought in....When I came up there is a new Biggest Looser challenge game for the wii..Oh giddy I got..so plugged it in of course had to set it all up as well..weight height measurements and then spend the almost 30 min letting them find my fitness level..Once that was done of course I wanted to try the workout.....so I did another 20 min..Goodness Gracious I thought I was creating a sweat on Wii Fit...Bob was pounding me to the ground. I was doing lunges...I hate lunges...always have always will...for some reason they kill my knee right away..but I just worked through it.
Anyway I think these two games will really help me...Wii Fit because it has some games that just make me laugh and some that help me balance and stretch..BL Just is going to make me sweat I just know it..
So hows that for getting off my butt ???? I know Im going to be feeling it tomorrow.....Ill let you know how I do :)
