O-M-G!!! I'm in the OneHundreds!!

I am SO excited. I usually weight myself Sundays, but wanted to take a peek today.

And I'm 199.3!! Just 2.3 lbs shy of 80 lbs GONE!

Now, it's taken me a while to accomplish this - with many slip-ups along the way - however I think i've finally come to an understanding with my little annoying voice that tends to discourage me and make suggestions like "let's hit the drive-through!"

I think that what's helped me stay on track so well these last 6 months is that I've stuck to my meal planning, logged into Sparks daily, and donated my clothing that is too big.... giving away my old clothes was scary - what if I gain it back? In the past, I've kept it - just in case... and found that when my jeans became a little snug it was far too easy to just slip into my old ones... No more! if clothes get snug, I will just need to refocus and deal with it until they're no longer snug!

Next Goal.... 20 lbs gone by August 1st....

    I had a similar feeling to this a few weeks back when I finally got into the two hundreds regarding pounds. With a BMI of 40.8% my next goal is to get under 40% BMI so I am just obese and no longer considered morbidly obese.
    You have done great already and you will be at your goal weight before you know it.

    I cannot wait to join you in ONDERLAND!! I have 17 pounds to go to get there.. and at this snail pace (or should I say turtle's pace) I will get there by the summer- whatever I no longer use deadlines, I just keep at it every day.

    Today I am in the 100's! It's been a few years. I was really bummed when I found out my scale was 6 to 8 lbs lower after weighing in at a Wellness Challenge I have become involved in. I have lost about 23 pounds since christmas and it feels wonderful. I too am packing up the fat clothes and be gone!! It is so easy to slip back into old habits....not anymore! Good Luck to you in your journey. I saw a quote "NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS" I repeat this over and over to keep me sane!
