I am SO excited. I usually weight myself Sundays, but wanted to take a peek today.
And I'm 199.3!! Just 2.3 lbs shy of 80 lbs GONE!
Now, it's taken me a while to accomplish this - with many slip-ups along the way - however I think i've finally come to an understanding with my little annoying voice that tends to discourage me and make suggestions like "let's hit the drive-through!"
I think that what's helped me stay on track so well these last 6 months is that I've stuck to my meal planning, logged into Sparks daily, and donated my clothing that is too big.... giving away my old clothes was scary - what if I gain it back? In the past, I've kept it - just in case... and found that when my jeans became a little snug it was far too easy to just slip into my old ones... No more! if clothes get snug, I will just need to refocus and deal with it until they're no longer snug!
Next Goal.... 20 lbs gone by August 1st....
