I weigh in tomorrow so I am hoping that the scale is kind. I have noticed though that I am making some non-scale improvements. I am walking faster, longer and harder on my treadmill. Today my average minutes/mile was 19. When I first started it was 20. This morning I noticed that my side chub was no longer hanging over the arms of the chairs at work. I am fitting better between the arms of the chair. Weird observation I know. My energy is improving. I am no longer as tired at night and acutally have been staying up slightly longer too instead of crashing at 8:00.
Life is good! It is time to live to the fullest not the fatest.
