    Yeah thursday I wasn't feeling like casserole, so I went with cabbage for lunch and dinner! I batch cook on the weekends and rotate out 2 or 3 meals for lunch and dinner each week. It works for me with work, working out, and trying to fit in other things, it takes the stress and daily decisions out! I try to stay as close to what spark recommends for me as possible, so 1700-2000.
