Hi! I'm back on track.
My new grand baby is now 5 weeks old and he is adorable and so precious. Then, who am I to say, I could be prejudice. Ha...ha..He is a real joy to me! Of course, being a grandma is wonderful and I love and enjoy the other two little ones very much too.
I have been a little behind in my exercise routine since I have been needed as a grandma lately. So, I am a little slower with my loss than I had planned. However, this past week I caught up and exercised 5 days and that was a great feeling. It really gave me such energy this week to be back moving more. I am now feeling a little lighter in my steps. I hope I keep up the motivation and determination to keep going each day in the right direction. Some days I know will be harder than others to follow through. I am working to give this my best.
I have been on the new points plus program now for 10 weeks. I was not sure at first if I liked it. Now, I realize it is really a healthier plan than the last one. With eating fruits and most veggies for free, other foods are higher in points plus. I see now why, since we do have the free foods. I am eating more filling foods and starting to understand what being satisfied or full actually means. In the past, I did not understand or know what this felt like. They have given us all the tools and best choices. Tracking, exercising, following the healthy guidelines, and becoming who I am meant to be, really means so much to me. I want to be healthier and get back to my old self. I know I can do it. Spark People have become great friends and W8Watcher people have become very special friends too. What more can I ask?
