Our challenge this week was chosen by MYSTERYROSE74. She would like for us to answer the following questions about how you utilize Spark People on a daily basis!
1. Do you use the Nutrition Tracker? Why or why not?
2. Do you use the Fitness Tracker? Why or why not?
3. How often (if at all) do you re-assess your goals and change your fitness and nutrition trackers to reflect the changes?
4. Are you active in all the teams you belong to, or just a couple?
5. Do you try to rack up as many SP points as you can every day, and how do you do it? Do you have a particular order in which you get SP points (ex. read articles first, answer the trivia questions second, read SP mail third) or do you get them at random?
6. What would you like to do more of on SparkPeople? Participate on forums, blog more, reply to posts or blogs?
