Have a day of exercise, cooking and baking. House is already clean (enough) and the little bit of laundry will have to wait till I have money.
Will be throwing stuff in the bread machine shortly for my wheat bran flax potato bread. Creamy Minestrone soup is also on the list.
Making my own menu plans right now with what's available but keep Sparks menu on my list everyday to see what my options might be after payday next Friday. Lots of options I might like that I have never thought of.
Made it to LA Fitness last night in spite of the bitter cold (was so cozy on the sofa). Did an hour upper workout and 20 minutes elliptical. Struggled all day with not snacking. My first challenge was not having a glazed donut as I was setting up the bakery yesterday morning. I almost lost that one. And I was seriously considering Chinese...lots of Chinese...since I was going to be so close when I finished my workout (and don't I a deserve a treat because blah blah blah blah). But by the time I was done, I had mustered up a bit more will power and went home and almost didn't eat at all. Finally decided on a wonderful lettuce wrap with tuna, tomatoes and my ranch dressing.
Also need to figure out my budget and bills for the next week but that shouldn't take too long and there are only 2 bills to pay.
Personal trainer today. . . . . .one of the sessions I have earned by losing inches each month. And I will stay for elliptical after. I ought to swim as well...just for relaxation...will see if I remember my suit.
I am probably over planning this day but there are no "have to" on this list besides the trainer and the bills. I will start there.
