It's been several weeks since I've been on this Sparkpeople website, I've been so busy with new clients. Some days I've not even had time to get to the gym, so I've been doing more home workouts.
However, if you've had a long day and get back home tired, it's easy to skip that workout you promised yourself you would do, right?
So what I do is to plan in advance what I'm going to do when I get home in the evening, and set everything up in such a way that it encourages me to work out.
Before I leave the flat, I prepare my food for the evening, so it's ready in the fridge for when I return.
I also lay out my exercise equipment in the middle of my lounge, all ready for my return, so when I get in, there it is waiting for me to work out there and then. Everything is geared up for my workout, and it makes it so much easier and more fun to dive in and get it done.
