“The Spark” is an awesome book! Although I’ve studied just a few chapters, it’s come to my attention that we need to apply these basic truths to our spiritual lives as well.

How would things change if we started making time for God, beginning with just 10 minutes a day…now that’s a Spark streak that will cleanse your soul and give you heavenly strength!

    I am in but maybe a lil ahead I usually do yoga and praying during it while listing to so Christian music usually Contemporary Christian. emoticon
