Week 1 is the week I started running 30 secs at a time!!! EVERYTHING esle consistent!
EAT RIGHT and increasing exercise!!!
Lost 8 inches bef wk 1 and 10lb
OK so here is PLATEAU #1 (wk 1 to 3) @ 170
WAIST: 33-32 (-1)
HIP: 42-40 (-2)
THIGH'S: 22.5-21 (-1.5)
ARMS: 12.5-12 (-.5)
lost 5 ins
Lost 7 inches and 10 lbs @ BREAK
Then on to PLATEAU # 2 (wk8-wk 19) @ 160
WAIST: 30-28 (-2)
HIP: 37-36 (-1)
THIGHS: 20-18 (-2)
lost 5 ins
Currently at a BREAK
TODAY? same measurements just 156 ???
Also I want to show you my measuring mistake

Green is what I measure, and RED is what I should have measure!
b/c my measurement in the green has been the SAME through out the plateau of 160!
If I did the RED I think I would have saved myself some head banging
I know this doesn't show much! but if you take that theory and apply to the series pic!
I think you will understand what I mean!

YES we see biggerchanges when the SCALE moves (-10 lbs and -7-8 inches)
BUT when the scale doesn't move THERE is visible PROGRESS!
even if the SCALE and TAPE doesnt say so!!!
