today was my first week day 1 training for 5 k...did 10 minute warm up then Walking & Jogging Program. my friend has inspired me to try this. I've been doing different workout dvds at home but anything with core work or situps pulls my incision from my c section 4 months ago. I've had the program article bookmarked for months so i decided to try this since this wouldn't hurt my incision.
The most difficult part of the workout was entertaining my 4 month old son! thanks rose for getting me off the couch!
