Belated Vlogger's Challenge -- Yin Yoga!

I tried to upload this the other day, and my computer was being super slow. But enjoy anyways, no worries about not being in the drawing!

Here are the three poses I do:

Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose)
Upavista Konasana (Wide-Angle Seated Forward Fold)
Supta Virasana (Saddle Pose)

    Hey Jackie!
I lost you in the blogesphere somehow, but I love these suggestions, often in the w/o vids they skim over a few of these poses and I've always felt like I wanted to stay in them longer. Occassionally I'd pause the tape but I was afraid I was overdoing it when I held it too long. Glad to know about this type of yoga. I'm going to use this to get motivated again. :)

    I want to thank you again for bringing up Yin Yoga (I thanked you in one my vlogs, not sure if you watched though). I do all of the poses you just did in this vlog, but I don't go as "deeply" as you do. Hopefully, in time, I'll be able to get deeper in the stretches. It is very relaxing. emoticon
