HRM and New Teams

My heart rate monitor frustrates me! I am not sure why I cant get the hang of it, but it just does not seem to do what I try to get it to do. For instance, today I apparently worked out for 1 second, and then for 38 minutes. But- I only did for 19 minutes (I know, not long, but I am trying).

I am enjoying a couple of new teams that I joined; one team is a one minute yoga pose each day which is fun since I am not really familiar with yoga poses, and it is nice that it is only one minute so I do not have enough time to get frustrated with myself:-)
Another team is a one day challenge team; the leader puts in a new challenge each day (today it is writing a blog!) and all of the challenges are quite fun.
I also joined the team to exercise for at least ten minutes a day, which is a good way to remind myself to at least jump on my lopsided elliptical or take my dog for a good walk even when I do not want to.

I turn 41 in nine days and really want to get myself back in to the swing of things and I know to do that I need to get back to exercise!

    Those teams sound fun! I don't now yoga at all, but after reading how enthusiastic Carolyn is with teaching and doing yoga I would love to give it a try. Problem is always time, but even I can handle a minute a day, LOL.
