I absolutely LOVE Jillian Michaels' kettlebell workout. I feel so strong and powerful everytime I do it. I can't do all the moves just yet, but I improvise so that I stay active on the moves that I can't do yet. I will continue doing it until I master all the moves.
I'm so excited that I've found an exercise that's fun and effective!!!

I'm on my way!!!!

    If your form is good, your elbows should be ok. Make sure that you choose a weight that it not too heavy. So far, I have had no issues...

    I saw this blog when I was posting on your other blog. I've seen the ads for these kettlebells. I have to be really careful of all exercises that over use the elbows. Do you think this excerise would be to much for my poor elbows?
