I absolutely LOVE Jillian Michaels' kettlebell workout. I feel so strong and powerful everytime I do it. I can't do all the moves just yet, but I improvise so that I stay active on the moves that I can't do yet. I will continue doing it until I master all the moves.
I'm so excited that I've found an exercise that's fun and effective!!!
I saw this blog when I was posting on your other blog. I've seen the ads for these kettlebells. I have to be really careful of all exercises that over use the elbows. Do you think this excerise would be to much for my poor elbows? 2079 days ago
