Ok so as some of you may know i am absolutely obsessed with Sarah Fit!!

She is the health and fitness guru that i am absolutely fascinated by and motivated by everyday! I have incorporated her workouts into my own routines and she's got tons of tips and plans you can use on your own fitness goals :) He latest posting on her website? Flexibility training at home!
I have been really into stretching lately, doing it for about 10 minutes after every workout (of either straight cardio, or cardio with strength training; alternating days of course). The stretching is great at preventing injury and soreness the nest day (which we have ALL felt, and is no fun!) but it is also fantastic for increasing flexibility! I want to be able to do a slip, so i do a lot of lower body stretching! and since my abs always kill after core work, i do lots of yoga inspired moves for those!'
