    I don't know how I missed this blog during the week, save it is always loud and crazy at home and I am certain my ability to focus stinks! LOL. But, I did see it today and happy, belated 9-month SparkVersary.

Now -- Holy PlankMaster, Batman! That is awesome. I cannot even get into that position. You are amazing. I so wish I could just zip up there for a Plank date and work on learning that. I cannot wait for October and I hope we'll get to workout and run (still no running for me!)

You are amazing and you deserve all the kudos of a beautiful, strong, vibrant, brilliant woman!

    Wow! That's cool :) Thanks for sharing. I never knew a plank was straight arms.... I was always told to use my elbows but then it feels like I'm sway-backed and pot-bellied @_@; Your way looks much better.

    Happy 9 month sparkiversary! Thanks for the demo, i was seriously wondering how you did it (my betting was on either a horse or sleddogs to help pull biut you proved me wrong there!). And i LOVE Puccini, both the actual cat and as a name for a cat.

    ohhhhhh this was the MOST fun!! Yeah for your VLOG... and do you know when I read what Chris had you do I thought you did a plant.. and then pulled the kettlebells.. not pulled the kettlebells while you did the plank! that IS way cool!

You are so pretty... and it's just fun to see the "real" moving you.... like Harry Potter and Hogwarts kinda cool.. lol

    I love your vlog! It's like "meeting" you :) The exercise you showed sounds like a goodie. Hard, but probably very effective. Hope you find your way to a better head space. I always struggle this time of year, trying to hang on til it's warm out again.
