I just hate that I have been such a slacker on this challenge. I have been doing the work, but have not been keep up on pictures and blogs. I am recommitted as of now, and will be working super hard in the next few weeks (and documenting better too) to make up for it. I have been good about water intake, great about lifting, and so so on eating. Holiday derailment, weather issues, but even if I do poorly for a few days, I get back to it. Many high fives for all of you who have been consistent and dedicated. Way to go!

Overall, belly still needs work. It is where I carry my weight, but I do see a more visible waist. I'll take it! However, why is my right thigh so huge compared to the left? How do I remedy that?
Little poochy belly. Strong thigh, arm looking more defined.
Can really see more strength in my back and shoulders. Yipee!
Side note. Have been doing three days splits every week (minus last) since the middle of December. Went to a group strength class to mix it up today. Way too easy! I have been working much harder on my own, and this routine was was challenging. Go me!
