Day 2. First time blogging. Im going to v-log in ASL and blog in english as well. I need to keep working on my signing and its a good way to practice as well as more motivation for me.
Yesterday started pretty good. I ate decent and stayed busy. Played DDR, helped my dad clean out the garage, played with my dogs. A friend text me and we were supposed to go out in the evening, but in the mean time I got bored and hungry and started eating. Nothing horrible (the worst thing I ate yesterday was a single pop tart) but it still took me from right on my daily intake goal to quite a bit over. Then when I met up with my friends I had 6 glasses of wine, that didnt help either! In reality though I am still doing good because on a typical day I will eat fast food at least once if not twice and snack on JUNK all day. So the fact that my calories are up because of apples and peanut butter isnt a horrible disaster to me. Ill get there. Im doing well so far drinking water too. I have always HATED water, but im really trying. Its going better than planned :-) And im off of soda for a couple weeks now, down from drinking between 5 and 10 cans a day of Mt Dew.
Ok off to start my day :-)

    I so agree with you - I consider a day of eating healthy a win even if I go over!
