So Friday I have a doctor's appointment and I am getting weighed again so I am hoping I have lost some more I am confident I have since I can now wear a 22 in my pants (its a little snug, but at least I can button them lol). I am finally getting a hold on my fast food addictions. I can eat the fast food sometime, but I remain REALISTIC and within my calorie count. I feel now that I have control over my eating habits and have stuck with my exercise routine I am going to be successful with this weight loss experience. I think people believe they can't do it because they have to eat like rabbits. Actually I eat pretty good, and weight is coming off its just a matter of what you eat and how much of it you eat. Also its a matter of how often. Remember no McDonald's or any fast food at that everyday. If you began to slip with eating, balance it by hitting the gym a couple of extra days its all for the best.
