15 lbs loss so far!

Tuesday, February 08, 2011

i'm not doing well with logging everything, every day, but i'm paying attention. working out and watching our diets. our lives are so busy and i need to start using the spark app on my phone more consistently. i wish i could access the blogs from it. but we are both working out at the gym consistently.
weighed in today and i hit the 15lb mark which means that i'm totally ecstatic!
wish everyone some happy sparks this week!

    Congratulations on your success.

    BTW:

I track everything that I eat drink, or "activate" (;-)), and I've found the Spark App to be completely useless, and I'm a real app fan and user of hundreds (yes!) of apps. (Four total Android devices.)

The Weight Watchers app was even worse, than the SP app, and the WW website was way worse than SP, and they charged too forkin' much! :-|

If you haven't tried it, I recommend the Google MyTracks app for Android, great for tracking walking, running, hiking, etc, outside. Also, Fitbit, or any of the exercise widgits have great interfaces and apps for exercise, as well.
