As far as the scale goes, I used to weigh in ever day. Now I weigh in once a week. That seems like a good fit for me. If you feel like you're addicted, try to skip one day. And then after a while, skip two days. See how that makes you feel, then go from there. Taking your measurements will also help I think. I never did do that.
The scale was something that I used to used daily. Soon as I get up right after the first bathroom break...I weigh. I liked doing that to make sure I'm on track. I used to be so obsessed with it. I have been trying to not weigh myself. This scale has been accurate or close to it but now I can get on and weigh then weigh again and it's different. So maybe I'm going to throw it in the closet.
