An idea

Tuesday, February 08, 2011

I am thinking about stopping tracking. I'm not keeping it up anyway. For now, its just not for me. I am seriously thinking about weight watchers points, but can't afford a membership. I am definitely going to track the fruit and veggie servings and the water. Hopefully I can be on my best behavior and still lose.

Speaking of losing, I have lost my motivation to run too. BAH! This has so not been a great 2 weeks.... HELP!

    Hi Betsy;

You have beautiful children and I am sure you are too. I track my food and exercise so I make sure I am eating healthy. I am so amazed that what I thought was healthy is not so that is why I track. I also stay pretty much at the lower end of my calories but in the last couple of days I have eaten more and some not so healthy items but surprising I have lost weight. I was trying to gain 5 pound before I start chemo because if I get sick and can't eat I have to have pounds to loose so I don't get too thin. When I got on the scale I was 6 pounds light so have to start over.

Stay in you healthy life style so you can teach your children. God bless you always. Learn from Spark people each day.

Joyce

    Can I ask why you are tracking the fruits/veggies? I'd track the other foods and just try to eat as many fruits and veggies as you can. For the record, I do not track my food anymore. I find it too stressful. I get super upset if I go over. So, I listen to my body! Good luck!
