I am thinking about stopping tracking. I'm not keeping it up anyway. For now, its just not for me. I am seriously thinking about weight watchers points, but can't afford a membership. I am definitely going to track the fruit and veggie servings and the water. Hopefully I can be on my best behavior and still lose.
Speaking of losing, I have lost my motivation to run too. BAH! This has so not been a great 2 weeks.... HELP!
