I think I am making progress. I started out at 180 lbs. I started counting calories and getting more active on January 12th. i started off with logging small stuff like playing with my kids, heavy cleaning and shoveling snow. I did Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred for 10 days and got sick of it. I just hate staring at the TV to work out. At that time, I set up my Gazelle that I had bought about 5 years ago and started with doing 30 minutes. Gradually I worked my way up to 100-110 minutes a day and burning 500 + calories a day. I have been eating the required amount of 1200-1600/day and actually feeling great. I weigh myself every day but only log it when it is less than the previous amount. Yesterday i weighed in at 175.2. So in almost 4 weeks I have lost almost 5 pounds. Not too bad! I feel like I look different, but so far, nobody has noticed anything but me disappearing to the basement!
