I started Move 2 Lose again last night, this is my 5th time. LOVE the program. I set personal goals for myself a little higher than I normally would. I really want to be in the best shape ever after I finish with this 12 week course. I just want to be a healthier me :) I feel great when I stick with a plan, now the hard part is staying with it. I tend to stray in the 'food area' sometimes. Food is the hardest thing for me to control. I went through all my cupboards and got rid of anything that is a temptation for me. They say that to make something a habit, it takes 2 weeks? Something like that.
