Well, I'm back to sparking! I'm glad to see that I "only" gained back twenty pounds, I thought I'd gained a lot more these past months. I went to Europe, ate TERRIBLY (and by terribly I mean everything) for two weeks, Thanks Giving, Christmas, and of course stress eating. Hey, 20 isn't bad, I won't beat myself up, just get back on track.
I'm super happy this time around my lovely boyfriend has joined and we are going to get healthy together, Yay! It is great to be able to feel myself get healthier as I work out more and eat better, but getting to watch people you love better themselves is priceless. Besides, how much fun is it going to be getting to try out new healthy recipes? I can't wait!
Anyhow, glad to be back! Hopefully I can curb my school stress (by actually doing my work on time) and get this thing going in a good way!
