I think I am starting to love exercise!!

emoticon I can't believe that I am actually saying this about exercise. I am one person who has faced it like going to the dentist!! But I did the 28 Day Bootcamp to give myself a kick in the butt and try to get more consistent with exercising. I never thought I could commit to it and thought I was crazy for even trying, but somehow each day I found the time to do that day's routine with cardio. I made the time for it and the farther I got, the more motivated I became to keep going. Well, the 28 days came and went and even now that I'm finished, I'm finding myself WANTING to do some activity each day and I am enjoying it. I can feel myself getting stronger, being able to do things I once wasn't able to do like push ups, lunges, planks. It has become a part of my daily routine. I'm not saying that I'm not going to slip up, but I know if I do I will start back up. My only regret is that I wasn't eating healthier because I didn't lose any weight, maintained where I am, but I can see a little difference in my body. My big challenge is to do better on my eating, control my portions by weighing and measuring. I think that is where my problem lies, I eat too much at my meals. So hopefully with that in mind, I will lose weight at some point. If anyone wants to get on track with the exercise though I would definitely recommend the bootcamp!

    emoticon Congrats for finishing the boot camp! You've found a way to incorporate exercise into your daily life...and you like it, which is a bonus. Good for you!

I still don't like exercise...don't think I ever will...but, I like the way it makes me
feel so I do it every day. Finding different ways to get my exercise in keeps me from getting bored and that's half the battle!
