I am in a good space.
I have been on my routine ( really try to stay away from the word diet) for 7 days and I am feeing good, energetic, fulfilled.
I am taking the homeopathic supplement and I am using my brand new Vita Mix (thank you QVC for the payment breakdown - always wanted, but could never afford b4)
And I am back to MY yoga practice ( no DVDs, just going with what feels good in my body)
I am reaching out for support with SP & FB and this is helping more then I ever got b4
I lost my job a couple of weeks ago and this is the first time that I am not stuffing my anxiety away with food - I am actually using this time to take care of myself (Sauna, prepare meals, light walks, meditation, journaling, yoga- created my own retreat)
My way of coping with financial stress the past couple of years has been the opposite - tv marathons, late night drive thru runs, gaming marathons and lots of candy!
This new approach feels much better :)
ps- I lost 4 lbs
