Today I am a little down, I didn't lose much weight this week, .5 lbs. and I purposely worked hard to eat my minimum number of calories and exercise and drink the water. I am eating healthy, and seem full, but the scale doesn't lower. I need to loose weight to get out of the pre-diabetic stage. I can gain weight quickly, why is losing it take so long? I am thinking that I need lower minimums since I am older and have had problems with lots of diets in the past. I think I ruined my metabolism!!!! What to do? I need advice!!!! Help!!!!!
