It's Been Awhile..But, Things Are Looking Up!

Sunday, February 06, 2011

Sorry it's been so long. Lost my internet for a while. But, I've got some really good news!

I recently changed primary care physicians and she is such a knowledgable doctor. I went over all of my health issues with her and before I left her office, for the first time in years, I was nearly floating out the door.

She is from Poland and I was referred to her by my niece. She put me on a diet a month ago and at this weigh in three days ago...I had lost 6 pounds! Yayyy for me!!!

I asked her about the systemic candida and she said when I quit the sugar the candida will disappear. Sounds good to me!

We discussed my chronic fatigue>she said it was coming from the IBS and the candida which thrive in those conditions. The diet is supposed to take care of it.

I discovered during my visit that a systemic candida infection, which is system wide, causes a host of problems of which all of mine fall under. How about that?
Learn something new everyday, I guess. LOL.

To sum up, I see her again in three weeks and can't wait to see if I've lost anymore weight. My scales broke....which might be a good thing since I'm not constantly obsessing over each pound.

I'm not going to post another picture until I hit the 10 pound mark. Then I'll do one each 10 pounds so I can see the difference as time passes.

Good One on the weight-loss and Good One on finding such a good Dr :-) Sugar is actually an aggravator for a lot of conditions :-(

Good One also being back on air :-)
