I was really bummed out yesterday because I had an emergency project at work that had me bound to my computer most of the day. I didn't log in to Spark people, didn't participate in my challenge entries, didn't log my food intake, nor exercise. Today, I was equally as busy, but I decided I just wasn't going to go off track 2 days in a row. It's just too easy to give everything to work and leave little left behind for me. So I logged in, logged my menu for the day, walked the 20 feet to my bowflex and did a full lower body and abs workout. Now I'm back at my computer but I have the Superbowl on at the same time. I am really inspired by the dedication and heart that these two winning teams have, and it just didn't seem right, if I didn't take some time out to dedicate to my fitness because it really is so important to me.
