Lack of motivation

Here it is February 6th. and I am still not working out on a regular basis. My energy level is low, and I know that If I started working out it would increase. My work schedule, my married life, my this, my that, I have so many excuses. The bottom line is that I need to work out at least 3 days a week,

This past week has been a good one for me. I have worked out 4 out of 7 days. I'm so proud of myself. Next month I plan to increase my calories burned.

HERE IT IS APRIL AND I HAVE NOT LOST ANY WEIGHT AT ALL. I'VE GOT TO GET BACK ON THE BALL,

    One day at a time! Even if you only do a 10 minute DVD ...it's 10 minutes more than you would have done otherwise. Start SMALL and you will notice soon you are craving the activity!!! Don't be down on yourself, you can do it!!!
