Here it is February 6th. and I am still not working out on a regular basis. My energy level is low, and I know that If I started working out it would increase. My work schedule, my married life, my this, my that, I have so many excuses. The bottom line is that I need to work out at least 3 days a week,
This past week has been a good one for me. I have worked out 4 out of 7 days. I'm so proud of myself. Next month I plan to increase my calories burned.
