Hello everybody! It's been quite a while since I've been back here. I keep trying to get back into the groove of things but I just can't seem to get the ball rolling. I plan to join the gym again soon. I need to manage my time better. I started a new job last June and now I've been working some late hours, 12-8:30. It's thrown off my routine a lot. I hate eating a late dinner and I'm not a morning person so I have to learn to wake up early to get my fitness on. While this may not be challenging to others, it is to me. I prefer working out later in the day but not too late, i.e. 9 pm. :-/ Hopefully it'll all work out for me. I know I'm going to have to put in a lot of effort to get started again. In the meantime I have managed to maintain my weight. I always seem to linger around the mid 180's, however this is still not acceptable or even healthy. I will try and keep you all updated on my progress.
